Expressive pictorial casualism

Expressive Pictorial Casualism is an artistic current founded by Fabio Bencivenni in 2020. It represents the free expression of artistic creativity that can manifest itself without rules and in whatever form the individual wishes to express it. The casualist can therefore manifest himself through painting, sculpture, woodworking or other materials, simply on the basis of the contingent need to free his creative force, understood as overcoming the limits imposed by the knowledge of stylistic rules, in which forms and colours find their place, transcending respect for aesthetic canons. In this sense, art becomes form, representation and transformation of a moment or a personal period of the artist, into something tangible, where the 'inside' is represented by the completed work, while the 'outside' is the gaze of the observer of the finished work.
