HOW TO BUY
To make your purchases and to receive information on products and payments, please contact us through the e-mail address or on the contact page, indicating the code or title of the work.
Before purchasing, please read the legal information at the bottom of the page.

PAYMENT
After contacting us by email and confirming your decision to purchase, indicating the title or code of the work, we will send you the bank details to make the transfer, upon receipt of which we will send a confirmation email and proceed with the shipment.

NOTE ON PAYMENTS
The decision to allow Customers to pay only by bank transfer and not by other methods (PayPal for example), is linked to the need to keep the purchase costs of the works as low as possible. We believe, in fact, that it is fair for Customers to pay the work exclusively for its value, without any surcharges due to service costs that other forms of payment would inevitably require.

SHIPPING COSTS
For purchases of 100€ or more, STANDARD shipment within the national territory (Italy) is free of charge. Below this amount the STANDARD shipping cost is 5€. For shipments to other countries please write to us for a quote. For other types of shipment, please contact us. All shipments are made with maximum protection of the goods.

SHIPPING TIMES
Shipment will take place within three (3) working days after receipt of the bank transfer.
Order processing times may vary depending on factors beyond the sender's control.
